Greater German Empire

Based upon empires in Civ V. Pale nations are client states. I was conflicted on whether to base this on Imperial Germany or Nazi Germany. I settled on Imperial Germany. Its territory is based on a merge between Germany's ambitions in World War I merged with Austria-Hungary and its ambitions. Colonial territory is based on the Mittelafrika plan. And I know I oversimplified the Ottoman Empire, but I don't care.
