Description

Based upon empires in Civ V. Lighter countries are client states. This is basically a more eastern version of the Greater Danish Empire I made before, letting go of Greenland in exchange for large swaths of Russia, and having Iceland, Britain, Germany and Poland as client states.

This looks like mapchart but how did you get a map with just countries but Russia broken into states?
